Is the Chrome extension really free forever? +
Yes. The Chrome extension — which lets you update your CRM by typing in your browser — will always be free with no usage limits. Subscriptions only apply to SMS and WhatsApp queries.
What exactly counts as one query? +
Every message you send to FlightSuite via text or WhatsApp uses one query. That includes logging calls, updating contacts, setting follow-ups, and asking questions about your pipeline. Replies and confirmations from FlightSuite are free — they don't count.
How many texts do I actually send in a day? +
Most sales reps log 3–10 updates per day via text. The Starter plan (~5/day) covers light-volume reps. Pro (~15/day) is built for active field reps who are on calls all day. Business (~30/day) is for power users who never want to think about limits.
What happens when I run out of queries? +
Your Chrome extension keeps working — unlimited as always. Text queries will get a friendly reply with a link to upgrade. Your CRM data is never affected or deleted.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel in seconds from your account portal. You keep your remaining queries until the end of the billing period. No fees, no questions asked.
I'm already subscribed — how do I manage my plan? +
Sign in at flightsuite.ai/app and click "Manage subscription" to access the Stripe Customer Portal where you can upgrade, downgrade, update payment info, or cancel.
