Yes. The Chrome extension — which lets you update your CRM by typing in your browser — will always be free with no usage limits. Subscriptions only apply to SMS and WhatsApp queries.
What exactly counts as one query? +
Every message you send to FlightSuite via text or WhatsApp uses one query. That includes logging calls, updating contacts, setting follow-ups, and asking questions about your pipeline. Replies and confirmations from FlightSuite are free — they don't count.
How many texts do I actually send in a day? +
Most reps log 3–10 updates per day. The Starter plan ($19/mo, ~10/day) covers active reps. Pro ($49/mo, unlimited) is for power users who never want to think about limits.
