1 Who We Are

FlightSuite Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("FlightSuite," "we," "us," or "our"), is the data controller for the personal information collected through the FlightSuite Chrome extension and website at flightsuite.ai.

FlightSuite is a Chrome browser extension that automates CRM data entry using natural language, currently supporting GoHighLevel and HubSpot.

5 CRM Data & Third-Party Platforms

FlightSuite operates within your browser session and interacts directly with your connected CRM platform (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot) using your existing authenticated session or API credentials.

CRM actions (creating contacts, updating deals, logging calls, etc.) are executed directly between the extension and the CRM platform's API. FlightSuite does not create a separate copy of your CRM data on our servers.

Chrome Extension

The FlightSuite Chrome extension does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. It accesses browser storage only to maintain your settings and session state.
