By clicking "Add to Chrome," installing the extension, creating an account, accessing the website, or otherwise using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers collectively to you and that organization.
FlightSuite is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to interact with supported Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms using natural language commands. The Service automates CRM data entry, retrieval, and management tasks within the user's browser session.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and is subject to change. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into or generate through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant FlightSuite a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant FlightSuite a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use and incorporate that Feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to GoHighLevel and HubSpot (collectively, "Third-Party Services"). Your use of Third-Party Services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, not by these Terms.
FlightSuite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or any other CRM platform unless explicitly stated. These platforms' names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of Third-Party Services, and we disclaim all liability arising from your use of or reliance on them.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIGHTSUITE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
FlightSuite does not warrant that the Service will accurately reflect or correctly update your CRM data at all times. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entries made through the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLIGHTSUITE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
In no event shall FlightSuite's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid FlightSuite in the twelve months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlightSuite and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the Chrome extension.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with arbitration to be conducted in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
